All children have regular routine exercise to keep them physically fit. They have compulsory games period when they are taught the nuance of various games. We conduct State level Basket Ball and Volley Ball Tournaments every year. Our students represent the Tamilnadu ICSE team both in Games & Athletics at national level ICSE Sports meet every year. Apart from regular exercises and games, children are taught Karate and Swimming by expert coaches.
All children are given spiritual training through meditation and yoga by trained teachers.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
To ensure all round development of our children we have compulsory Co-curricular activity period every day. Dance, vocal music, Key Board, Guitar, Miruthangam, Band, Craft are some of the activities, where teachers of the respective activity come as part time teachers and teach the children the nuances of the particular activity.
Our children participate in almost all inter-school the cultural competition conducted by other renowned schools and bring back lot of prizes and trophies. We ourself conduct inter-school Art & Cultural Competition LAKSHNA & OVIYA every year in which more than 600 students from various schools participate.

Students of IX Std form the Interact Club and they celebrate Teacher’s Day, Children’s Day, Vinayakar Chathurthi, Saraswathi Pooja, Deepavali, Thirukarthigai, Ramzan, Christmas, New Year, Pongal, Republic Day, Independence Day etc and they make the other students to realize and comprehend the significance of each festival.
Students are exposed to several Aptitude Achievement Tests, Personality Development Programmes and Career Guidance Programmes in our school.
As a part of Education, We make it a point to take
children on field trips and excursions.
